First, the preform structure dimensions are incomplete.
If the injection-molding agent is inappropriate, the amount of injection-molding agent should be increased. If both the injection-molding agent and its filling capability are inappropriate, the injection pressure should be raised to improve the filling performance. If the appropriate raw material plasticization temperature and the inappropriate melt flow rate are present, the heating temperature of the barrel in the injection-blow hollow molding machine should be increased. When the parison-forming mold temperature is too low or unevenly distributed, the mold temperature should be appropriately raised to ensure that the temperatures at all parts of the mold become more uniform, thereby adjusting the assembly positions of the mold components.

If the amount of molten material injected is too large, the dosage should be appropriately reduced. When the injection pressure is high, it should be adjusted to lower the injection pressure; if the mold closing quality is poor, adjustments should be made accordingly. If the barrel temperature is too high, the heating temperature of the barrel should be appropriately lowered.
Third, the thickness of the parison is uneven.
The installation position of the core is incorrect and needs to be adjusted. If the material temperature is uneven or too low, increase the screw back pressure or raise the heating temperature of the barrel in the injection blow molding machine. If the core rod is deformed, it needs to be repaired or replaced. If the injection pressure is too high, the injection pressure for the melt should be appropriately reduced.
Fourth, the appearance quality of the preform is poor.
The raw materials contain a high proportion of impurities, resulting in numerous irregular striations on the preform surface. Therefore, the raw materials should be replaced with pure-grade materials. Additionally, if the injection melting temperature is too low and the preform surface lacks luster, the heating temperature of the barrel in the injection blow molding machine should be increased.
